This rule also excludes many of the high performance boats from being on the lakes as well. I've seen scaraabs, Cigarettes, Fountains etc with TT exhaust that are above the outdrive but below the swim platform.

I think you're correct, before long this will be a HP restricted lake too.

you probably right! we used to have a similar problem here at the local lake.  We had to buy a lake permit every year and when you told them it was a jet boat without them even looking at it they barked out "NO" you cant have one because its loud and has headers and stuff lol hell at that time i had a Taylor SS  I just quit asking for a permit and went anyway,,game warden never asked to see it lol  Damn bunch of crying mo'fo's crazy.gif

One other thing my wife does not like the sound of my wacker and does not mind the sound of my jet.  The wacker is a high pitch scream sound, I know I have a modified exhaust and it is louder than a normal wacker.  I have never been stopped by the po po for the wacker, but have been in a jet.  Go figure.

Actually it is the parents and my 350 adult employees that get me  crazy.gif They are the one's that are suppose to know better.
