Guess we could get a set of these and have em thru hull and add a over transom pipe like some have changed their logs too.

Its nice that they answered the email, but in this business of drafting up these "guidelines" they still don't address the fact that nowhere is Coleto Creek or Goliad county mentioned. There has to be a reason why they would name ALL the other reservoirs & their respective counties & not Colet. Not to say it wouldn't get added in the future... Whatever, like I said, I don't go there but maybe twice a year.

Traveling out of state to run the boat.... ya, I'm all over that... lol

No i'm not gonna make that one...too far north...but the following week i'll be at Moro Bay on the lower Ouachita River near Camden Arkansas for the DIG2 !!! :grin: All welcome! Beautiful white sand beaches along the river bank! :smile30:

Watch what happens, I'll bet good money that through transom Exhaust ain't gonna cut it becuse the exaust IS above the water when on plane!  :smile30:

planning a day with Brent's fresh Taylor ss as soon as they pass the "rule" :smile17:

logs and hose are cool and quiet....a pair of lightenings would be really loud, especially with a blower motor....
so yeah, we'll see how they handle it. But then again, we show up with some badass tt hulls, they will find a way to run us out. One, 2 boats is ok, 40 is a different story. IMO.

been going the last couple of saturdays and keep asking about this rule, as of today they said it will go into effect just don't know when..she said maybe next month maybe jan of next year...nobody seems to know anything

Guys look at what he said,,here's your loophole!  He said "ANY BOAT" ok so the last time i looked at my outboard and all the other outboards they have an "ABOVE WATER" exhaust! Here is is from the HNIC Mr. Wilfred Korth Chief Ranger. copy this letter he wrote to Randal and take it with you and protest the hell out of it when the outboards start launching and they wont let you.

WRONG! look again it has both! Actually it is a exhaust relief that sits ABOVE the water line and used while at idle. just making a point that the old crusty HNIC has shot himself in the foot saying "ALL BOATS" its all in his wording of the whole thing!

When the wheel is spinning it is out of the water.  That is why you see the oil smoke.

lol but you know what im talking about! wackers have both above and below the water line. wonder if anybody will ever bring that up if these new rules go into effect?
