It's this Unblown Fuel Kindsvater hydro, that I set the NDBA UBFH record of 170.45 mph at Lake Ming in Bakersfield, Cal. last time out. October 9,1977!!! :smile15:

It ran 8,650 RPM with 1.63 gear and an 11 1/8 x 20! Harold Kindsvater Menkens prop. On 96% Nitro.
It set the record on the 13th run ( since the last look inside) at the 13th race of 1977.
I brought her home, ran a leak check on the engine, the worst cylinder still held 98%, I oiled 'er down good, and it hasn't run since. And boat hasn't been wet since.

It now belongs to my good friend Danny Griner (Griner Paint and Body in Burkburnett, Texas,) where my Deaver and engine is. Danny's my main man for projects I don't want to, or feel like I don't have time to, do all the work myself. Danny has been doing all my paint for twenty years, and a LOT of my mechanical work for nearly that long, and he's NEVER disappointed me! Awesome :smile22:
And it's not painted green-- that's primer! He's doing a complete restoration, and it's gonna be a knockout when he's finished! He's kinda trying to get it finished for the May 17 Show and Shine to be held at my dealership in Wichita Falls.
