Just got off the phone with Jeremy. They are excited to have us.  Both of us agree we would like this to be an annual event.  The event is an all day event.  The boat show is tentatively scheduled to be from 12:00 - 4:00.  Again, I will post more as I have it.  I updated the first post with time and address.

I talked to Tammy today.  They have approval from Sears corporate headquarters.  They are all very excited about us coming out.    They are having a meeting this Friday to finalize where they are going to put us.  The radio commercials will say something like "Come see the DFW area Performance jet boats and V-drives"  I will update as soon as I know when and where the commercials are going to run.

Updated first post.  There will be vendors selling BBQ & Fried catfish.  Live radio remote from 12-2 on KZPS LoneStar 92.5.  We will be included in the promo on KZPS. 

Here is who I have so far.  Please let me know if I am missing anyone.  Just trying to get a somewhat accurate head count to determine how much space we need.  I know things can come up and this all revolves around good weather.  Even if you don't bring your boat come on out and bring a toy.

Not 100% sure yet.  I have a feeling it will be easiest just to roll in as we get there rather than as a group.  If they are going to put us where I think they are it will be one of the biggest parking lots around there anyway.  I will know more after they have their final meeting on Friday.

I did not hear from Tammy yesterday but I think they are going to put us in the parking lot for the building across the street. This building is vacant. We will be the only people allowed to enter with vehicles.  The street between this building and the Repair center will be shout down for the block party.  See the map below.

The event is on the KZPS site.  They got the date wrong on the title but correct in the description.  Jim White of Bo & Jim will be there from 12 - 2.
