How many layers should I put on the stringers

Same process w everything, peanutbutter down. Also I drilled a drain hole for under the box,  popped a decent hole then filled w peanutbutter, will drill out w smaller bit for a better deal.

Boxes peanutbuttered in, also I drilled drain holes w a one inch bit then filled back up, tomorrow I will come back w a 7/8 and I should have a water tight seal

Before you get much further in this build, I'd drill a one inch diameter hole into the stringer just before the battery box so water can drain into the bilge and out the drain in your transom.

I did that, then refilled w peanutbutter and will redrill w 7/8 this evening for a good seal. U can see the hole if u look close in that paste.

Here is the drain hole result, I like this way much better than just rubbing ur finger in resin and smearing the hole

Here’s something to think about I started this project 1-22 today marks day 30 averaging 3 hrs per day = 90 hrs thus far  crazy.gif

I am trying to stick to my set deadlines  hurry.gif I planned on being done w floor job Friday, it’s not gonna happen, delayed to middle of next week I suppose  :smile18:

Progress update, just straightening the floor out w a skim coat of kitty hair, will put a layer of mat over the top
