As an old Super Shops employee, I'd certainly be interested in a THB GTG with Eddie.  I hear you used to be a Sleek Craft dealer.  It nothing special but I'd love to bring my little Pontiac powered Rebel you way.

Hello Eddie , glad to see here on the site. I know the last time we where up there you guys had bought some land outside WF. Did you get moved to the ranch. Did you get our man cave or dog house for all your toys built like you wanted. I tell you after the show and shine that year I had more guys kicking themselves in the behind for not going to that event. I know it was one of the best times I have had since I started THB. I know that Duane and Hass the guy from OKl. that you rode in his turbo jetboat will never forget those good times. Hopefully we can do it again. Nice see you here on the boards. Bill"cookieman"

Hi, Bill,

Long time no talk, how are y'all doing?

Yes, we did get our "Dream Shop/Garage/with living quarters" finished, and we're loving it in the country! I have my own 1/4 mile concrete dragstrip/driveway--it's great!

And now have plenty of room for toys.

We had a great time at your Show and Shine, one of my most fun weekends ever, and would love to have y'all back. I know times are tough and it would cost $ for whoever comes, for fuel, rooms, meals, etc. But if y'all are willing, Ercie and I and our team at Eddie Hill's Fun Cycles really enjoyed the last one and would love to host another! I spoke with Duane last night and told him the same thing.

I'm committed to the weekends of the sports car road racing events at Eagles Canyon Raceway at Decatur, Texas, and also to the events at Hallett Motor Raceway near Tulsa, (especially so, now that I'm the exclusive Ariel Atom Dealer for all of Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas!!) but other than that , my weekends are usually pretty open. I think some weekend in May, like last time, should be just about right, weather-wise.

If you want to talk, my numbers are all still the same and I think you have them. Duane does.

Good to hear from you again,

Eddie FourFather Hill  aka the Texan :smile16:

The man thinks things out for sure. I have a second idea That Duane should have thought of and how about RC planes, helicopter, and cars. I know we have a few guys that are into the RC world and you know Eddie is into it big time.

Don't forget the RC boats. I've got a few nitro RC vehicles.

You guys haven't seen nothing. The first time we wnet to Eddie's house I couldn't believe all the planes and helicopter he had ahnging in the garage. I don't think this guy owns anything that don't go fast.

The planes go upstairs in our new place. I don't have them all hanging yet, or arranged, but here's a picture of where they are going to be.

The one in the bottom right of the last picture is what we call a 42%-- It is 42% of the size of the fullsize plane it is modeled after. It has a 150 cc two cylinder horizontally opposed two-stroke that swings a 32 inch diameter prop with a 10 inch per revolution pitch.

Eddie I know I watched a video once of you flying one of your large wingspanned planes  dancing vertical. Do you know the link or were it is at? I am sure some of the RC guys on the site would like to see it

I wanna fly the Sukhoi ...  Major Spinflip Edge at your service sir !!  :smile17:

I was kinda holding out for the famous flatbottom driver, now retired, Major "Flip" Quicksink, but if he's not available, here's the pilots test, if you want to take it-

That's contol. Just too cool. I flew RC planes for a few years then moved and had no one to fly with so I got out of it. Would love to make a trip to WF next year and hang out with a legend,so count me in.
