Pretty much..
I was just wondering what people's thoughts on it were. Longest we have towed so far is about 5 - 5 1/2 hours, but I wouldn't be adverse to towing farther. I have entertained the idea of goin to Del Rio/Amistad for one thing. Thats about 10-12 hours if I recall correctly, been awhile since I been out there.
I have also thought it would be cool to spend a week or so out on Lake Powell on a houseboat. But have my boat along to tow behind the houseboat, so once out on the lake could still go ridin around once the houseboat is parked. Powell's a long way though obviously, lol...

You been on a boat out there Ray?
I know Duane, Bill, Marty & some others went out there some years ago. The pictures they got from that trip were pretty frikkin cool.
WFO said:Amistad? Yea we went back in 2001 I think it was. About 5 hrs. for us. Wheh we went there was about 20 boats that all went together from south Texas. We had a convoey. It was cool. The lake there is real nice. A little rough at time but had a very memorable time. :smile17:

Forgot about that. Thats a longass roadtrip, lol... Some years ago on another board some of us were on, there was talk of meeting in New Mexico with some of the west coat bunch that we used to BS with. Never could get anything nailed down, too many people had different schedules, etc.. Elephant Butte was where we were supposed to go.
