The picture is recent because I just got the boat back & also a repost but this was the first boat I owned, and yes it was bought in the late 70's.  :grin:

Looking for  a picture, but so far no luck.  First Jet was 1975 Kona Makai 455 Olds, Berkley pump.

I know the feeling I cannot find one pic of my old drag boat and I took more pics of it than any of them.  Just stumbled across the old Avenger. That is frustrating.

Yea, I was looking for pics of my old Nordic v-drive too and can't find any. Oh well. :smile15:

My first boat ever was a 1978 20' Seawind bowrider with a 120 I/O OMC...little four banger motor. Had an awesome time in that boat....

I did a google search for the make and model....came up with nothing.

Those old boat pics are the coolest! clap.gif The first boat I remember my parents having, was a Tri-hull Rienell.

Its was moons on one side the other was aluminum slots haha. I was always having to go for a swim to get the one of the moons at the ramp.  He does have a set on his cj-5 doesn't look uncool to me.

Well I'm not as salty as some of y'all I have only had jet boat for 13 years or so and only two boats but, here's my first jet. bought it 2 weeks before Jetfest. It had been sitting in a field for about 15 years. I was told it takes 2 weeks to refurbish a boat. Had it off the trailer upside down redid floors and all except painting boat. Took it to the lake 13 days after picking it up. Had a junkyard 402ci and it ran 51.3 mph on gps. These pics are few years later after it had been painted and was running upper 70s.
