Hey we need all the help we can get to get Galen's Hydro to stop blowing the rudder out of the water .. They just don't go straight and perfect like everyone thinks .. crazy.gif

He needs outboard steering

That would be the best fix for it .. What has us baffled , it went straight and faster with two of us in it before .. We just want to get back to where we were .. We shortened the prop shaft a little this winter , hoping that will help .. We also need to try it with a passenger back in the boat .. That was the fastest pass at 119 with two of us in the boat and it was like it was on rails ..Gear change and removing some weight in the back has really upset the boat .. It is one hell of a weird felling when it blows the tail and makes a hard right hand turn all by itself . I don't want to do that again ..

Hydros like to be balanced, that is why it did better with both of you in it. You really should have center steer.
