but I was just thining out loud about the show and shine deal.

What is the parking like, I'm assuming there's room to leave the truck & trailer close to the cabins? I read on the 429 Marina's website where you can boat up to the cabins, that sounds pretty cool.

saw it mentioned about using a ramp nearby & maybe not the one in the pictures posted (in the little cove there) unless you wanted to paddle out into the lake. Guessing that will still hold true without any rainfall huh... Although, thats not that far to go. I paddled more than that last weekend with a pump full of weeds, lol...

The show & shine sounds cool, ya'll talkin about doing it right there at the campground, maybe at the ramp or something?

We can do the show and shine up front in the field. Yes you can anchor your boat on the beach right in front of the cabins. We can walk the jets out of the little cove where the ramp is so we don't get sand in the pumps but Im not sure about the vdrives if no rain. He told Jason he was going to dredge it again.

Yes it was this past Monday that he told me that if he can get the guy with the TRACKHOE to come back out and dredge it  he would.  I said something about using boat ramp up the road cause of the boat ramp at the park is almost our of water.  But they are still using it a 20' pontoon put in when I was there.  It by no means was easy for them but they did it. And then push it threw the opening to the main lake.  Guess we will just have to see and everyone use there best judgement on it.  Yall going to make me BUFF my boat again DAm  crazy.gif.  Im all for a Show/Shine friday afternoon/night  bling.gif.  There looks to be 7 that will be in friday. I know of 5 that live close that will prob be willing to come as well for the show and shine.  So thats about 12 boats.  If you have Cabins 9 10 11 you can park your boats right at the cabin.  If you rented the smaller ones down on the lake. Some you can park next to. Some of the others not going to be able to park right next to but you can get close.  I know there is alot of RV spots OPEN wish I had an RV/camper.  Bobby did you ever find out about the sheet/blankets & pillow ect.  situation for the cabins?    ONE month to the DATE CANT WAIT!! jump.gif

There were a few guys on my FB page from around here that are asking about it, I passed the phone number along, dunno if they are going to RV or tent though.
