I don't bother me at all .. I sat out last summer watching the fast boats , so now I can bench race from my laptop at least until Spring gets here..
Loren - They need all the help they can get .. I forgive you , you just paying me back from my comment a few days ago about your boat .. LOL

Why did he say that making your motor look like a Ford was a bad thing? That aint rite! crazy.gif

Because V-Drive guys are secretly wishing they had a Ford in their boat,  so the put their Chevy in backwards,

It's a Dart block, kind of like a Chevy.

This sums it up! Pay close attention to the build. At the end tell me what you think!

I'm not to sure about all the v drive guys?? I'm mean first of all they try to make a good looking cheby motor look like a ford??? By setting it in backwards??? 😳 then they have a big A$$ piano hinge all the way across the back of the boat that looks like they cut a walk in cooler in half and screwed it to the back of the boat?? And then they can't even trim their prop?? Even the outboard guys can trim their prop??? 😜😜

First, the outboard guys trim their drive unit, not just their prop.
Since jet boats don't have props, where does that leave them.  They have nothing to trim.
There is a difference between trimming the boat for efficiency and squirting water in the air.
It's interesting to note that even fast jet boats have very little rooster tail.

I'd be careful about making negative comments about Fords, There's Fords powering V-Drives and Jets boats both.
You could get all of the Ford guys upset.  I understand what you're talking about though, I wouldn't want anyone to think mines a Ford.
Maybe if I put stick on letters that said CHEVY on mine, it'd be more clear.
I guess if you turn a Ford around for a V-Drive, it'll look like a Chevy?
