All I can tell you is to never trust the oil injection systems . When they quit working you never know until the motor is trashed . That's all I know about outboards , and all I care to learn  :smile30:

I'm thinking more like a 50hp. The guy told me it came with a 60 Suzuki but they scorched a cylinder. So ol reliable 85hp was put on it but it makes it sit a little deeper in the water. It is rated for a 90hp. He said they claim it can operate in 6" of water, but I don't plan on trying it. think.gif

I was talking about buying parts and advise.  These guys a are top notch (Tim and Rodger are also).  They do not deal merc though.  :smile18:  I might be able to chip in a little advise, remember I have blown up some crap myself.  :smile16:

Only reason I didn't get to keep mine is I didn't have that shop.  I have lost more toys due to not having space to store them then from me wanting to get rid of them.
