    anyway, looks great!  :smile15:

had to shave the front part of the suction housing down a bit on the funjet! it hung down below the keel bout 1/8 inch and figured it would probably cause it to suck a little air!

this is a picture of a pump on a wetbike but you can get the idea! the intake and the 90 degree gearbox are one piece and just bolts to the floor like a intake in a larger boat,,,BUT the casting let the intake hang down lower in the front when it should be flush.

Geeze so much off the wall crap i gotta fix on this little sucker! :smile23: :smile23: :smile23:

Kenny here is a good shot that shows where the pipes go! (bottom 2 holes either side of the pump hole)

Slowly but surely pluggin along getting things fitted, cleaning the threads out with a tap is taking alot of time but its coming along.
i set the pump up with just a couple of bolts to prefit everything before i start the permanent install. tight now we are getting ready to install the stainless exhaust tip's. they should stick out each side of the pump bout 6 inches and turn out and down at a 45 degree angle.  then i gotta build another ride plate! the other one was pretty bent up.

Hey Greg, I would try it without it first. The way that thing sticks out it might not need it  When you tow you might have to hang a red flag off it

Is there much difference in nozzle size from the original to the diverter you added to it? Looks quite a bit bigger, don't guess it'll affect it any?

Actually i havent measured, but eyeballing it the smallest area in the diverter is maybe a half inch smaller than the original hole in the bowl. if anything it should help it.
