No, the city failed the inspection and the owner has to update some stuff, so we're still in the same shop. That will work out better for boat trailers anyway because the other shop's overhead door was in the back to where this one is in the front. That would be a really tight u-turn backing up to get a trailer in.

We're in no big hurry, this shop is A LOT cheaper than the other one.

Four fridges will cover the operating cost of this shop for the month. It will take about 10 fridges in the other shop just to cover the cost of the shop itself. Of course, we're not going to grow in this shop either.. it's a give and take proposition.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled today so I wasn't good for much.  I think the worst part is not being able to eat.

Well GUYs found a place in Princton also to keep my boat FOR FREE well bottle of CROWN Is the best part.  Buddy's garage Thought it was going to have to sit out in the WINTER Weather but not anymore.  Hopefully I will have a nice shop maybe by next spring found a 24x30 weld up for 2000.00 bucks its laying on the ground been up before but to was taken down to be removed SLAB will cost around 6,500.00 so might just have to do it red neck style and have a nice shop with dirt floor for a while.  jump.gif  I have all the room in the world to build a huge shop on my 5 acres need that money tree to sprout up
