Neat Cleats

I'm going to do like George said and cut the holes with a spiral bit on a dremel using the washers as a guide, but do it before paint so it doesn't get all nicked up in the process. The washers on these things are HUGE.

Why the heck are Neat Cleats under the High Performance Mechanic section now?? What do cleats have to do with motors??

Took me ten minutes to find this thread. I was looking in the restoration section...
