I had 5 days of vacation time left that I thought they would use for this week and maybe get back to work full time next wednesday after doctor visit but apparently NO. If they went and did that you think they were already looking for a reason to replace ya and this just happened to be it?  Yeah work stress can play havoc on a persons body.  Here we have had numerous people with back issues more than the normal rate because of the stress they put on people here.

FMLA (Family Medical Leve Act) guarentees you a job for up to 30 days off even if you don't have vacation time to cover it, I would fight it.  They have to give you a job but it doesn't have to be your job.  If they are short handed I would think they would still need you if they just hired a replacement for you.  If they don't give you a job back they are violating a federal law.

or I could spin it and say I quit because they are all a bunch of potheads ... which is true , and I don't really care what a person does on their own time but when you bring it to work I have a problem with it. I mean them sitting in the break room smoking a bowl while I'm working my ass off is extremely stressful for me ....

I can DO just about anything what I was doing was silk screen shirt printing.
warehouse,auto repair,inventory control,ship/recv ,electrical,plumbing,delivery, some computer repair/networking, you put it in front of me I'll figure out how to do it ... no degrees in anything.

yep don't know how that will go over being it's such a small company but they do have ALOT of military contracts so it may be worth checking out.

looks like you were the odd man out been there you have alot of workers kissing back side you dont thy dont like you
got workers doing something like that well thy fear you if you read book on the mob thy would have you kill someone
so you had alot to lose if you talled you wrer one of them iknow this dont help much but god allways has a plan my wife
worked for a old folks home that was doing wrong she said something thy fired her said she was to blameing
four weeks latter thy got busted ,and all got in trouble my wife got a better job likes it better alls good hang in there
sounds like you need less drama at work now your next  job wll be beter more $$$$Z$ less sh!$$$

Ever consider working in the Oil and Gas industry? Off shore Store/Warehouse ppl get paid GOOD!
