That's basically what I did on the kona , but that is a lot cheaper . I went to Ace and had them cut me 20' of each wire , but that cost me about $75 .

Got some junk yard parts for the junk yard dog. A Berk 12JG pump and manual diverter, but the diverter is for a Jacuzzi WJ. May have to sell it or trade it, or find an adapter for it if they exist. I'm finding the adapter that goes from a Jacuzzi WJ pump to a Berkeley nozzle, but not vice versa.

The pump is machined for an insert, and has one installed in it, and the split bowl has a stuffer plate in it. It came with two shafts. The original that's a bad and a new one with bearing that's good.

MMMM  not sure on the diverter Matt might know if you need a diverter let me know i might know someone that has one for sale.    Also you going to run all that WEDGE.  you should have that shaft turned and put a preloader on it while its out.    What size FTN is in it now?    what kinda of loader do you have ?  Do yourself a favor if it isnt done drill and tape them loader bolts before you put the motor in.

I think the WJ to Berk adapter is the same either way. You just flip it over. One way, WJ nozzle to Berk bowl. Other way, Berk nozzle to WJ bowl.

Went to pull the C pump out of the boat and found some bad news. The PO had a piece of wood covering the transom to fill the exhaust holes that about covers the whole back of the boat. I can't get the transom plate off without removing said peice of wood because the nuts are just turning free under the wood. Started removing the wood and the transom is soft around the old exhaust holes. It's nice and solid around the pump still. Could probably resin the crap out of it and it will be fine. It's already completely sealed from the outside.

But the BAD news is while I was sitting there I was tapping on the stringers with the hammer where the motor mounts go through. It hard but not quite solid. Gave it a good hard swing and the hammer went through. Definitely am going to replace the stringers now. That's easy enough. The hard part will be digging out all the old foam, which is NOT going back in. At least I'll know it's right.

Don't know what a FTN is. It's got a Super Sport loader and a B impeller. The wedge is coming OFF. I'm gonna take the little snoot from this pump and put it on the Glastron and put the droop snoot on this boat. I think this boat would benefit more from the droop. In fact, I think the Glastron is so heavy is probably doesn't make difference on the crappy E pump.

FTN is a fine tune nozzel. An anodized bezel looking thing inside the nozzel.. You may or maynot have one.

AAaah, yes. It has one in it now, I think it's the gold one, 3-3/16". I also have a brand new red 3-1/8' here I bought for my E pump and couldn't use.

I'll put that Jacuzzi diverter on Ebay so someone with a Jacuzzi pump can get use out of it. New it's $200 more than the same diverter for a Berk so someone will get a deal.
