This stretch of the river is in the middle of the desert I mean the middle!! Parker is probally 70-80 miles away, just a guess don't recall exactly.
This is just outside of Yuma AZ (far SW corner of AZ) the marina is like 15 miles into the desert.
down a small two lane pig trail through an Army Testing area..
It was very nice, shocked at the water temp as it was on the cool side. It was triple digits outside but the water felt like the Frio or something..

It travels a long way through the desert before getting to where we was.. I would thought it would have warmed up but not so much!
