Im probably going to bring my sons 110cc little ATV with us too...all depends on how much crap is in the back of my truck. lol.
I'm certainly going to bring a long extension cord and the battery charger. Additionally I'm bringing our air compressor, tools and some extra fuel for the ATV and I know that our 9 year old sons are gonna tear that 4 wheeler up!!
Pretty sure 4 wheelers are not allowed in Southern Hills. There are trails in the area but you have to buy a permit to use them and you will have to truck the four wheeler over to the area. The trails are not that great. Basically dirt roads and you have to stay on the roads. You might want to do a little research. I have had a few friends haul their junk up there and said it was really kinda lame. None of them did it twice.
EDIT: http://www.beaversbendcreativeescape.com/FAQ.htm
"Are there designated ATV trails? Yes – you must have an access pass to ride on any of the Three Rivers trails (Weyerhaeuser land). The cost is $25 per person per year. ATV access fees may be paid at Wal-Mart, most convenience stores or at the Beavers Bend State Park office. Frontier General Store has area ATV trail maps and info. Be sure to obtain and understand the rules and regulations before riding the trails. The nearest access is 4 miles north of the Beavers Bend entrance. The US Forest Service offers free ATV passes to the right of Hwy. 259. Most of the Weyerhaeuser land is to the left of Hwy. 259.
May we ride our ATV vehicles from the cabins? No – you must trailer your vehicles to the ATV trails."
