anybody heard from henry? heard he wrecked the hydro

agreed,  but the paint has to be done on the other,  and the other all ready has the rigging,  if it was me i'd certainly explore this avenue

It would be pretty cool Henry to take the old hull, remove everything, and put it in a shop or something as decoration, and a conversation piece, just like it is....    Then get that new hull and do it up better with all your leftover goodies + more. 

I think I'd offer the guy $2000 and go up from there.

I've a question, If ya don't do your testing in Altair Henry, then where would you do it? seems to me with the Reg's set forth on all the lakes that you can't drop it in just any ole lake and not have to deal with the LEO at some point, Just wondering??  think.gif

Yea, I get that but I know of no restrictions as far as things like Open headers and such, and its out of the way, not what you would call a Public recreation spot, know what I meen?

Oh I am sure that they know Race Boats are testing in the River, Henry ain't the only one, it's just that there is nobody there to complain (living on the River) My Uncle owns the House right before the pump station and he loves to watch the Boats. I spend allot of time on that River and have only seen the G/W 4 times, 3 during Duck season and only once during the Summer, and he checked a John Boat next to me with a 15hp Yamahammer tiller on it but not my Shiny loud obnoxious Jet, then he loaded up and left, you can bet that it would be different in Somerville.

true that,  your right on there,  but the laws for the river,  which ever river it may be are the same as any lake,  now abuse the lienancy and a it will change very fast,  we have done seen this at Coleto,  there are state laws and then you can have the river authority that can come in and put strictor restrictions on top of that....  i just don't want to see what we got to go away.

Yea, Roger that, I guess what I was getting at is, Are there any places that are "Set up" for testing, like if you have a race car you go test at a track, thats what it is for, is there anything ike that for Boats on any lakes/Rivers??

Working on a plan to fix Lucky Draw.  There is a guy (Cody Childress) that builds many of the ProMod boats running now has the mold to my boat.  I talked to him and he will cut out my bad section and replace it with new.  Not a patch job but a rebuild.  Marty Logan (Living the Dream)  the ProMod driver told me about him, as a matter of fact he has built his new boat.  Customtouch will repaint it when through.  Not is set in stone at this point just looking at options.  I will be back!  jump.gif

Good luck with it Henry.  I am sure it will be fine.  Sounds like it will be in good hands.  I think its time to change the name though.  Maybe you should take over the name of my last boat before the CJ, "Operator Error"

Or dedicate it to the incident "Dumb Luck" or "JC Copilot"

Yes but it did try to be knotty when it put a tree through it maybe "Knotty Through and Through"  or WannaBe Knotty" "Knotty on the Inside", "Knot in a Tree"

Okay one more "Knottier Than Thou" or "Knot Alone"
