Some of the NorthWest guys (Washington/Canada) are talking about trying to come down late in the season (Sept/Oct).  Should try to make it a giant multiple site river bash.

I have a membership at a camp ground along the Parker Strip so I don't know much about the other camping/lodging options.  I will look into whats available.

I would consider a road trip to Texas for a good time.

That would be cool if Socal would come to use also.

I think it was on the cover of hotboat, Kenny, I saw the same mag. I think Armistad would the ideal place for a Socal\ Thb get together ???

Yep, a pack are talking about a run south in October to spend some time in the sun.

When I went to L.A. to grab my Hondo, it took me 21 hours to L.A, It was 4-5 hours back to Hoover dam and the southern part of Lake Meade, so really you can make it to there in a days drive for sure, Here are a few pic's of the trip....
