Well it all starts out if your running small HP run big impeller, if ya start building what I call mid HP like 550-750 ya can step it down to a smaller impeller and run more pump rpm producing more thrust and after ya build big HP 750 and up ya can step to a larger impeller and still spin it at higher rpms and produce alot of thrust resulting in alot of mph. It all comes down to how fast ya can spin the impeller being how its 1-1 ratio. I used to turn that B u around 6900 on the bottle. I didnt see the tach last saturday but I could tell it was no where near where it needed to be. Gonna tune and see what happens may have to step back down to a B again.. :smile17:
