I like the idea of a private facility purpose built. Host two races there a year, then do some other type of events. Water skiing/ cable park. Hell make it a nice swimming hole with other type of attractions. I know that isn't a cheap answer, but it starts reducing the amount of people you have to get involved and make happy. I will bet that Wheatland is their most profitable race. If you could be close too a town, with in 20-30 minutes, I think one could make it work. The offroad park isn't a bad idea, just has to be laid out as to not be a big dirt/dust ball. think.gif
