The old man decided it was time for a new boat house this year! Guess I won't be able to use that excuse anymore! :smile14:

Yep, all new stuff now. We will have the house this spring again, so I will have a boat sitting in the stall for sure.  :smile30:

Heck he may have one in there too the way you were talking. How many stalls he doing, 2, 3? Elevator to the top?  clap.gif

It will be two 12' x 27' stalls. It use to be one 12' and one 8'. So it will be a little wider than it was. Plus it will have a different style of lifts in it this time. No more straps.  :smile30:

Ah hell, I never realized one was wider than the other. What kinda lift, one of those platform deals that you just drive up on?

It has a frame work with bunks like a trailer. You drive up on it and then lift the boat up. It still uses cables but it will all be brand new.  Now I need to figure out what to do with the old lift. He put new cables on it awhile back, so they are in great shape. Would be handy to lift boats off trailers for repairs if someone was in to that kind of thing.  think.gif

Be a great addition to your shop.  clap.gif :smile16:

Unless he pitches it to some neighbors, someone may buy it off him. :smile17:

Nah, decided it was an easier / quicker option to delete the upper deck. This should keep the boats nice and dry! :smile30:

Gotcha. Yeah I even had that typed out, that the shingled roof would keep things dry under there... but then the fact that you'd literally be 2-3 feet over a lake just made it seem kinda odd.  :smile28:

You gonna haul him some sand, make a nice sandy bottom around there. :smile16:

Well dad bought a new tri-toon for one of the stalls. So it's gonna be pretty crowded by the time I put my boat in there! :smile30: I was telling him I would like to put another anchor buoy out there though, we haven't seen the old one in years.
