Beavers Bend State Park is the area we'll all be in from July 4th to July 8th. If you stay in the town of Broken Bow you'll be 20 minutes or so down the road. I'm not sure, is that little town there called Beavers Bend also? Not a lot of hotels there, but there are numerous places that do cabin rentals and lots of camping in the state park also.

We wen't halves with Cliff on a large cabin last year and it kept the cost fairly reasonable.

Still three cabins left here. http://heartpinehollow.com/index.html

Also, we launched our boats out of Hochatown State Park last year. The cabin this year is much closer to the ramp.

With the wives and kids we had 11 total. We always share cabins. The one we got this year is $1,500 for 4 nights. We'll have 11 again this year too.

Well, the Crusader crew just booked the Aspen Lodge http://heartpinehollow.com/index.html for July 4-8, 2012.

I'm not sure where this is in relation to James and Matt....however since I'll be the only Ford in that area....I'll just have to run around naked by myself and chant "Ford rules, Ford rules".....

Lol....

I know there have been several answers given.  I just wanted to chime in too.  The lake is Broken Bow Lake.  It is in Bevers Bend State park.  There are plenty of improved and unimproved camp sites as well as cabin rentals near the lake.  The closest town with anything to speak of is Broken Bow, OK.  There are a few restaurants as well as a grocery store, Wal-Mart etc... in Broken Bow.  It is about 10 - 15 minutes from the south entrance to the state park to Broken Bow.  Most of us used the boat ramp at Carson Creek.  You can camp at Caron's Creek.  I have never camped there so I am not sure of the particulars.  I believe most, if not all, of the camp sites in the area are first come first serve.

I pinned a few things like cove location on a google map.  It is in the "Local Lake Maps" thread that is pinned at the top of the north forum.

You can run naked all you want up there.  Aspen Lodge is about 3 miles north from us on Lucian Sorrel Rd.  You should get an email with a google map link that shows all the cabins.  You can look at it and see how far you are from us.  I know there is some nice cabins in that addition.  Timber Rock is in there.  We always stay there when we go fly fishing.

You have no idea.  You should read last years Broken Bow thread.  25 pages but there are some classic posts in there.
