Thanks guys. Spent the weekend cleaning all the grunge off it. It's cleaning up pretty nicely. I still haven't driven or even heard the boat run yet! I was in too big of a rush to get back.  NEVER done that before!!  LOL!

Nice boat! Man that is a long haul. You are gonna have to hire some helpers to get your fleet to the lake man, lol clap.gif

My next boat will come from the great lakes area. They're seldomly used more than three months out of the year. The boats from up around there are very clean too.

Had a new trailer custom built in Florida for the Scarab and made a quick run down there to pick it up a few weeks ago. Finally got a chance to fit it to the boat and got the bunks all adjusted over the weekend. Tows pretty good so far. Took it to a buddy  to have the stripe on the boat (minus the lettering and small purple stripe) duplicated and printed so it can be inserted in the center section of the trailer. Probably be a couple of weeks before it is done but I will post some pictures when we get it done.

Finally after 4 months of ownership I got to take the Scarab out for its maiden voyage. Wife and I took of Friday so we could take advantage of the high 80's weather and go for a little  cruise on Lake Travis. Water was definitely too chilly to get in but we did put about 100 or so miles on the boat. It ran flawless and is definately underpowered for now but I knew that it would be before I bought it.
