Dman if it's not out of your way a set of eyes on it is definitely a good thing.  If I would have realized it before we left. We could have swung by and seen it on our way back.  I'll get some more info on it.

Is he dead set on a jet??? 500hp in a v-drive will be a kick in the arse!!!! Hulls can be gotten pretty cheap in v-drive form as well ( at least out here in the west )!!!

I am not sure he even knows about  v drives yet , but  you can make one fast alot  easier than a jet .

lol i already had the bug and had already planned a second jet other than the ChryslerJet.  The ChryslerJet wont get sold, flowerpotted, or discarded it will still be finished and used it is too unique to not finish it and use it.  What i know is it will never be a go fast boat.  My nephew really wants a boat and i am going to buy one fix it up and tell my wife its his but its really mine thats how i am going to get away with it.  The 500hp motor is the one that used to be in my cuda thats been on ice since it was removed.  I am not apposed to a Vdrive but some of the places we boat the jet makes more sense.  In a jet the take off is the biggest part of the adrenaline.

you need to ride in a healthy v-drive, they pull harder out of the hole. imo
