You just have to be legal to be on the river . Its not a sanctioned race , its testing and tuning . Some people just like to test side by side  :smile30:

Just working man. Started a new job in Sept and its keeping me busy. Its a new power plant should be firing it in Feb. Im having to learn all new computer control system so been schooling alot. Maybe I will pop up at the races. Just maybe if Im off.

just wondering who everyone thinks is the fastest local boat and can they keep the king of the river title local? jet, vdrive, or outboard?

I think the fastest boat is a local whacker boat (STV) Scott Stevens in 1000', He is not running at winternationals though. The boat is nasty quick and will run 120-plus mph if he can hold it to the water without flipp'n it.

well if he aint running how the hell would he be considered that fastest boat on the river? maybe in the outboard circles he is, or was, not saying i would ever have a chance against anyone myself, but i havent seen an outboard win in the last couple years

dont think there ever was a winner last year. as people lost they just kept going again anyways. i think it was more of a run till you break or run out of fuel kinda race. lol.
