winternationals

last year they did the same thing hope this year the over 90 guys dont run with the under 90, seems like all they did last year was run until they got tired, never really saw any eliminations, what i did see was alot of boats get waked out that were sitting on the shore, from the massive waves from the parade lap back to the start line by all the boats. pretty sure that is how talley place craft got knocked out by water getting on the electronics.

It also did not help him getting rained on all the way down here.  They were glad he did not get that quick sucker started.

I wish they would also divide by weight and boat length.  It is hard to compete with a 16' 300lbs boat.  My 21' heavy hull can run with some of them on top end but sure is not as quick.  I am putting on a small wheel to see if I can get my big 'ol tub out of the hole.  Heck it is just for fun anyways.

Nope , no motels in Crosby . Closest decent places to stay are all the motels at Garth rd and I10 in Baytown .

WTF , why you tryin to bring church into this BS about weather guys want to run thier boats in salt water . I actually usually have more respect for a person who goes to church and is a believer . Why make it sound like a place for losers ? Kinda offensive if you ask me .

We go to church every Sunday too....usually get to the lake at 1:00pm as we go to the early service.

We had an 830am service and that worked out great for us. Then they went to a 930am service which shaved an hour off our Sunday lake time. Not to much of a biggy if ya got your priorities straight.

I'm going to go watch.  I'm not gonna put my boat in the salt.  I'm already salty.  My boat doesn't need to be salty too.
