looks real good Scott

What is up with the JB Weld?
well stu- i sent them to the best fab shop around...but they said the aluminum is old and thin and they couldnt stop them from leaking so they sealed them with some type of epoxy. Might have held forever...but i don't think so. I didnt want to risk glassing them back in and one of them leaking...Kaboom! :smile18:

Scott
I do not blame you at all. I would have done the same thing. Way to much time and money in these things to take a chance on them, not counting the saftey factor of you or your loved ones and friends who may go for a ride

This is the latest I have stu- My upholstery guy is gone til Sunday. He wants to carpet the rear in black before i set the motor in...i have a concern that my oil pan may not clear the intake...its gonna be close-may have to change pans or move the engine up slightly...not sure the effects that will have. it has a setback pump but the motor was in the stock position. I'm gonna put two good days in on it this weekend cleaning and painting the bilge area and a few other details...while every one else is at the lake. :smile15: thanks for askin... :smile10: I have some awesome bright purple carpet waiting for the front and a couple thousand in trinkets coming ... :smile11:

My buddy owns an upholstery shop-he came up with a custom chart-Its BRIGHT- He can get it for ya! When he gets back from vacation i'll send you a pic. Most purple carpet is dull or real dark...i needed the bright stuff!!!! My bezels, F/R lever, Steering wheel adapter etc. will be purple . My seats are yellow, purple, orange and red.Gonna get a chromed  billet steering wheel.Bling bling!!! :smile11:

If you are using him i am sure he does good work how is he on price fair or high? I want to get my front seats re-done to match the new paint and also the side panels in it also. I am taking out the back seat more room for the cooler and dang it can not take the kids those weekends :smile15:

have all the controls already installed with the peramcoat purple and going to use this as the main graphic color
What do you think? Boat will stay white with the color coming from the graphics i will use a silver base under the purple to make it pop

well stu-he's fair on price-this will be the 10th interior he has done for me...I could get ya a quote-he owes me a favor or TWO...so my interior is  very reasonable. :smile23: I bought fiberglass seat shells from big daddys -and the back seat is very light weight. Its just there to keep the cooler away from the motor...not for passengers.  :smile20:
