we normally stay at site 92 by the ramp and friday's are normally not a problem unless it is reserved.  we have not stayed at site 17 with the high rollers before...but we do have reservations

i was on the lake weekend before last 4 foot low is about right. neighbor of mine found a sand bar 200 yards off the shore south of birch creek, less than a foot deep then of course the "hump" in the midway between big creek boat ramp the rocks that stick out of the water on the north side of rocky creek, i was in 3ft of water before i cut back into the creek channel of about 20ft, but the under water obstructions around welch park are visible now, those rocks that guy ran over last year look like the rocky mountains. i ran up to pecan lake last time stayed in 10-8 ft of water the whole time. oh and if you want to go some where an i/o cant go..... sounds like someone wants to be sandshooter!

John,  did you do any running around the island, between it and the north shore... there usually aleast 3' to 4' there.... that's where i like to ski... one time we were skiing over there and i had not been up there in a few years and the lake was down, maybe a little lower than now. i had stopped skiing and just stood up...i did not know that it was that shallow...that kinda freaked me out
