I use a computer or laptop mainly, but haven't had issues when using my phone & I've never used Tapatalk. After reading the complaints about it I just didn't mess with it.

Add me to the list of those who never used taptalk.

Many website now have the ability to adjust the template based on browser window size.  You typically have 3 templates Monitor, tablet, smart phone.  jegs.com is a good example of this.  As you resize your browser window, the site adjusts to better fit that window.  Menus, buttons and windows move and resize to best fit the browser window size.  It is a little more complicated that that but the bulk of the work is done behind the scenes by a template.  There are other factors involved such as the add-ons the site uses and if they are compatible with the templates used.  Technology has progressed a lot since this site was first developed.  It will take a little time to get it caught up.  It will take some testing and trial and error but I am confident TexasHotBoats.com will reach this point in the near future. :smile30:

Did a little organizing tonight.  No topics or posts were deleted.  You will notices a couple of new sections.  Some boards have been moved to fit the new structure.  This is all in an effort to help with the new design that will be mobile device friendly.  Feel free to post your comments and suggestions.

I can see where the race teams would get drowned out by all the other quality material in there. think.gif

Thanks guys.  :smile17:  It will always be a work in progress.  We need input from the members to figure out where things go and what makes the most sense.

All the suggestions and comments show that the current members here care about the future of THB! Let's keep it up, and carry this thing into 2017 going strong. Time to get back some old friends and bring on some new ones.  jump.gif jump.gif jump.gif

As far as the map idea that was pitched, the Lightning site that had it, doesn't have it anymore. Was starting to look around about it & found this so far... Didn't know if it was exactly what this site needs, but thought it may be a start. I'll keep looking around, I run across anything, I'll post it up.

Tim is right, it's not showing up with the new posts under Recent Topics.

New posts in the Test section do the same thing, so probably just a setting somewhere?
