Weather still shows to be almost perfect next weekend. High 86 low 59 and 4-10 mph winds out of the south. As long as the wind don't come out of the north or straight out of the east or west we are good to go in front of the beach. I can't wait!

I'm bringing a timing light, air compressor, tools, Grill (for cooking), 5 gallons of 112 racing fuel (for sale), Patch's heads (I need to return) and a bunch of Beer. I'll post on Parts for sale a bunch of parts I have and if anyone is interested, I'll bring them so they can look them over and save shipping cost.

I put a couple of timing lights in the tool box yesterday to bring also .. one with dial back and old with out .. I had to add a cord to one of them I think it is working now .. .. I threw in a bunch of misc grap also , like a Holley blue pump , , jets, gaskets , ext .

I put a new droop and ride plate and diverter with FTL so I guess we will see how its going to work out Thursday when I go out to mark the sand bar. Made the pole to day its 1" pvc with bright orange on it. Hopefully some azz won't pull it up. Either going to go get me some av gas or run up to my brothers shop and get me some 116 fuel not sure which yet. It should help my boat get from 45mph to maybe 50mph. One more thing hammer down said over on pb that they are bringing there marker bouy's but they had to cut the lines cause the anchers where buried up in mud. So if u have extra anchers u might bring them or if everyone thinks senderblocks will hold the with mule rope. My DaD said he would love to get those out of his back yard and let us have them and he would bring them out Friday when he comes. Just let me know u can call or text me either way if needed. Also the peir that u can kinda see the end of it in one pic that will be a GREAT place to take some good pics as well. For sure have to try to get a group shot with all the boats on the beach that would be sweet to do. I will go have one blown up and give it to 429 marina and let them hang it in the store. Just for letting all of us hold an event there. When we were out there sat a few guys came down to ck out the boats and shoot the chit with us from the park. Some of them live there couple other second weekend hm. But they are all super stoked and said the can't wait as well. They will fit right in 5min after meeting them they talking chit in a joking way about me not letting my wife drive the boat lol lol. See y'all in a few days.

Is there a place around Tawakoni to rent a helicopter ride for an hour to get some of that kool overhead video like Duane does?

I think Center blocks should work too. No use in wasting anchors.

Someone asked earlier and now I can't find it. According to the news last night the Tawakoni area got a total of about .13" of rain for the whole weekend. Yes that is a point in front of the "1". Less than 50 miles West they had totals of 6 to 8 inches.

It was me that was asking , because Saturday we got like 5 inches and i was hoping they got some rain over there ..Oh well , low water here we come !!!

Iow water just makes for a bigger beach area to watch and party on. We just may have to help each other launch boats so we can get the trucks and trailers back to camp. I may just leave mine in all weekend.
