Just some general info that 429 asked me to post some might be a copy of what Bobby has posted already.
YES as most know we will have shirts 429 is doing them and they are going to give donations 10% of sales to MINE and BOBBY choice of Charity.
If anyone is wanting to come and doesnt have a cabin and doesnt want to drive the 30 miles to Greenville or Terrell. 3 miles down the rd on 751 there is a place called ROCKIN L RANCH 972 530 6732 for info ask for SHELLY. I dont know anything about the place its just close and they asked for me to post just incase some want to stay closer.
There will be a DRIVERS MEETING SAT MORNING PLEASE all drivers TRY to make this drivers meeting. MR. Dale Waters our local Gamewarden is going to do the drivers saftey meeting. Then Bobby or I will explain how we are going to run when we start making passes. 429 is going to have every driver sign a waiver at the drivers meeting so again please try to make it.
As far as paying at the gate they are not going to CHARGE for boat drivers or there immediate family. MEANING you your wife your son or doughter. NOT your brother, MoM, DaD,Sister,cousin. Yall get the idea.
We all will get one color wrist band prob BLUE
They are going to charge 10.00 a person if not driving a boat or not in your Immediate family and they will get a diff color wrist band like red or pink. That way if your not staying at 429 or decide to leave and go to store or leave your boat at a buddies camp site they can keep up with who is who coming and going.
Band Sat night is called RUSTY BURNS BAND, they play stuff like 38 special, zztop, and so on.
Dont forget your easy ups or lawn chairs might have to set them up in water but atleast it will get you some shade.

Some have called and ASK about what they are going to do about all the spectators. They are going to make all them park up off of 429 and in the front area when you turn into park that way we all dont have to worry about them driving around our boats and camp area. They plan on tying to keep most of all the spectators on the left side grass area on the water edge and in the water. Everyone that is going to be tent camping will be camping on the grass hill behind the marina. Unless you Res one of the tent spots. Also as of this week we are still under a burn ban so NO camp fires. THat could change between now and OCT. If anyone needs anymore info or wants to know something give ME or BOBBY a call or PM us.
