Though the party atmosphere was much better at the first ever event, I think the side by side racing and overall "cool vibe" this year made it, IMO, the best tawak yet. The Lavon guys brought and set up a floating timing tree and that helped tremendously with the guys lining up side by side. I think there was more raving last weekend than at any other event I've been to.

Had to be Eric or Robert if I was guessing being the fastest Not sure I was not there .Maybe Chop or Hass was ?? . .. I did see where Eric grenaded his engine .. hole in oil pan , that big enough you could see parts of rods , wrist-pin all twisted up .. then a crack all the way from the oil pan up the the head on that new Dart aluminum block , I am sure it took out the heads also with that much damage .. It will be a costly weekend for him ..
Look like some heavy hitter was there playing on the short 660 ft course .. They need to stretch that on out to the 1/4 mile and let them air out some .. Maybe some more boats would come and play then .. No way my boat would get out of its way at 660 ft .. Oh well look like they had fun ..

I saw Eric drive around Robert in one video, how was he the quickest? Billy that is why the squirt boats like that short course they usually do not want to mess with a prop on the big end. Not trying to start something jet friends just stating a fact.
