Anyone heading to the lake? I think I am gonna head to Collin in an hour or so. Wind is supposed to be west, southwest so Collin should be somewhat smooth.

We are heading to Lavon for some motorboating . We will be at Avalon beach if anyone wants to go out.

Okay folks....looks like Saturday is going to be a great day to be on the lake.

Most of us are putting in at Collin park north ramp and motoring over to Avalon beach. James is bringing his bouys and marking off an 800 foot course. We plan on meeting up around 12-1 pm.

This Sunday, June 1, 2014 the weather is looking pretty good. Winds SE @12mph, high of 87F and a 20% chance of rain which will most likely occur in the morning.

Looks like another fine day on Lavon is ahead of us!

James has a set of buoys and is marking off a course with the finish line about where we hang at the beach. That way we see who wins.

Gonna be a good time at Avalon, lake Lavon today.
