Pump is done and Chop is gonna ship it to me. Shipping is cheaper than gas to Oklahoma and back. Ready to put her back together.

Depending on the wind, may put in at the southwest Dalrock ramp and motorboat over to Windsurf Bay. There is a jetty that is built at a water break for the cove, The water is low and there a big sand bar the heads out to the middle of the lake from there that is very well marked. If it's windy it will may be a rouch ride part of the war till you get behind the jetty.

Any other ideas?

Sounds good to me James. Not sure where "windsurf" bay is....but we will find it. That's test day for the Crusader..

Winds are forecast to be N @8mph.....hopefully it's less than that.

Windsurf Bay is the beach we all went to two years ago over by Bass Pro. Once we're in the cove it's smooth sailing for sure.

Yeah, putting in on the Bass Pro side of Dalrock south of I-30 and motor boating over to Windsurf Bay. Weather looks GREAT for this weekend.

Wind was strong, water was rough. Had to put in on the marina side. It was a long ride to the bay and back but once there it wasn't too bad. I turned around and came right back cause I didn't want to make that long drive back through the huge chop after a 12 pack.

Well I almost made it. I had several issues with my trailer lights and I didn't want to drive back an hour in the dark with iffy trailer lights after a beer or two.
