Going to Rabbit Cove on Tawakoni this Sunday. Added a pin to the map for it. They have a private ramp there in the park for $5 that's 100 yards from the hang out. Gonna take the 1,000 foot test kit and video camera.

Is there some sort of "effect" you added to it, it has that "old movie" look to it. Like the fake movie trailers in Grindhouse... pretty cool.

Yeah, the "film age old" is the effect name.

FYI, the useable ramp is the one in Anchor Inn RV park.

You mobile at all yet? We go to that place at Tawak again I'll come pick you up and park you under a pop up for the afternoon right at the water's edge.

thanks, James, with all the wound vac stuff on my foot I don't want to be in the heat for too long.  this fall when it's cooler I would be interested in some shade sitting. Last wed night I was laying in bed listening to the jetboats making noise, it was cool. Keep up the good work. AV

Make your plans. Next Sunday night the Cowboys play their home opener vs. the Giants. at 7:30pm (our time).

Gonna hit up Avalon in the afternoon if we can still use that ramp, then head home about 5 to get the game coverage started. Grill has a new tank on it, kegerator will have a new barrel of Blue Moon in it. Game will be on the big screen in HD and in Dolby 7.1 surround.
