Yep, leaving today to return back to "Gods country".

I plan on taking Wednesday off too.....hitting the lake that day and eve.

we missed the excitment on sunday at collin's sand beach, someone had a real bad day when their Black cadilac escalade on dubs burned to the ground. Don Bellamy has some pics on his facebook.
The burned out gangsta' mobile is still sitting down there. oooops.

Just a minor problem. While the cove is nice to run in, the beach is a mud pit. The bigger problem is with the owner of the burger shop. We probably spend a couple of grand a year there with our group and he's not getting a dime now.

Ya, I'm usually there every Sunday during the summer. Haven't spent a penny there this year.

That didn't make sense so let me rephrase... The owner of the burger shop / boat rental has a bigger problem than us. He's the one losing business.

Gonna try to get there a little early and set up the buoys at 800ft. I'll have my GPS also if anyone wants to get a top speed in the 800.

Sorry to everyone that wanted to run the 800' yesterday. This lung infection's got me knocked down. It's getting better day by day. Went to the doc this morning and he said my lungs are sounding much better, but I still need to take it easy. Probably won't be at the lake this Wednesday either. Shooting for back on the water next Sunday.

If I can't make it next week I can send the buoys out with Ricky.

Bringing our nephew with our wakeboard and tow rope this week. If anyone wants take a crack at it, go for it!! Use my boat or yours. 

I may even try to get up on it myself.
