Stupid Weather

The nice days keep coming in the middle of the week.  I want to finish the rub rail but it keeps getting cold on the weekend days when I have time to do it.

If the motor pull goes smooth and quick the pump will come off also. Just got to get home in time for the Cowboys game.

I thought the weather forecast I saw said a cold front was going to slip through around noon and the temps were going to plummet.  I had other stuff to do this morning.  I got a nice 30 X 32 shop with heat but I need to pull the boat out in the driveway to do the rub rail.  Starting a 12' stick of rub rail in the center of the transom and going up each side I need at least 25' to work with it.  With the 72 in the shop there just isn't enough room.  That and I just like to B**** about the weather.  :smile15:

If it had a Ford emblem on the front you could park it outside with no worries. And not because no one would want to steal it, but because it would stand the test of time. Had to make a poke, but it is a nice truck.

I saw the weather too this morning. It's not supposed to last. The wind is now coming from the north, temps will plummet quickly. Low is supposed to get to the mid 20's tomorrow night/Monday morning. My motor will be winterized on the engine stand by then with the pump laying on a pallet and the seats in the attic above the office.

Better one of the truck  Just because.

Wow, it started up and moved?? Lol.

That picture is old.  It does start and move though.  I bet it will even out run your new Ford to 70.  It was my daily driver for a long time before I parked it and let the tags and inspection run out with aspirations of a total restoration.  I did complete suspension and brakes last winter. Converted it to 4 wheel disk and did a 2/4 drop with new everything.  Even had the control arms powder coated.  A/C still blows cold and its still got R-12 in it from when I replaced the compressor back in the 80's.
