I was looking around some to see about replacing mine. I'm gonna give those guys a call, thanks for the link. Stafford, isn't that up around Houston somewhere?

Cody found some place around Corpus, need to try & get with them as well. Did find a place in Havasu. Talked to the guy & although he is not familiar with the Avenger windshield design, he says he can make me one. That sounds like big $$$$ to me, lol...

kenney, been a long time bud.you might have to send them your halfs for the correct angles.and also, maybe hey can make them with only the bottom moulding to hold them in place.i did that on my avenger, also it was lowered  a couple inches.just a thought.

Steve, how ya been, hope everything been good for ya...  Yeah, if I have to pull them off, it'll be a wintertime thing for sure. Maybe after Plowmans I'll pull them off.

I've called CeeBee 3 or 4 times to see if they still had any & always get the machine, guy never calls back. I was told by one of the oldtimers on PB that they were still in business, still at the same location in Bellflower... Supposedly Bob Brown is on PB from time to time, if I knew for sure I'd hit him up over there, may have to do a little digging.

I gotcha... Well, either way, we'll keep an eye out for you down there.

So when you put your new windshields in on that Avenger, you say you left the top frame off?

kenney, the new windshields came without the frames.i trimmed the top like said about 2".i reused the bottom part of the frame only.used etching primer then semi-gloss paint on the frame.i also lowered the center of the dash a couple inches also.I personaly like the whole frame and windshield black.

I still have a pic of your old boat & was checking it out, I remember it was all blacked out around the windshield. Just didn't realize you chopped it. It looked good that way.

What kind of $$$ we talking for original replacements. I may be barking up the wrong tree going that way, but it would sure be nice to have the factory originals... You can PM it to me if you like.

when i got the windshelds,(4)years ago,he only had one set left.the angles were very hard to align.thats why they stoped making them.bown is sorta strange guy, other than what i paid for them,i brought them home on the palsn, since we were in californiathe shipping was moore than the air fair!maybe if there cracked, one thought is toremove them, reglass them to cover the cracks, and pait them black, plus the center with the guages.just thoughts.

Yes, there are several angles at play with those things, not a simple curve by any means. Making them probably won't be simple or very cheap, lol... The idea of about trying to repair the crack & paint them like you say, I have thought about myself. Hate to experiment with mine though. I'll figure something out eventually.
