Where is home for you ? I am staying during the week at Carrolton for the winter months in a RV park at George Bush Toll -Way and 35.. prettyy close to Mike Hobby shop , it just south about -3-4 miles ..

There was a lady from Oncor on TV that said being a warm state Texas doesn't have efficient heaters, and right now the entire state is using heaters.. She said the power load is greater than the hottest summer day with all the AC's turned on.

I still call BS The power companies buy elec at a certain price and they buy xyz amount for a certain time frame,,,well were using it up sooner and they are probably facing a price increase for their next purchace,,so yea they are puttin the screws to us by turning off the power.

Well I guess Oncor needs to upgrade their shit because Texas ain't a warm state today!!!!

Wife called me and said the news is reporting ROTATING POWER OUTAGES for today ..

It sucks , but I guess that is better than no power at all ..

JUst talked to the wife, Washington County is having rolling blackouts.  They cut your power for 20 minutes, then turn it back on until the next time.
