later this afternoon i will go and check the river and see if the rain has affected it,  if not still planning to take a boat ride/float trip

lol... around noon to 1:00 unless something happens or the river is in bad shape,  at my house we got 1.5" of rain,  but i am southeast of the river

going to be leaving in awhile to take a starter in to get fixed and will run over to the river  and take alook see  :smile15:  this will be the first time i have ran this late in the year  :grin:

Gettin to be the best time. Little cool for gettin in the water, but other than if the sun is out, nice....

Year before last I was on the lake at Texana the day after Christmas, wasn't bad at all & had the whole damn place to myself. :smile15: Went once with Marty out there in January sometime, when I was tryin out my droop. Water was 55* that day, lol.... :shocked: :grin:

:smile23:  the weather should be nice 76d  and sunny and we should not have any trouble with the skiiers or river lice  :smile15:

the first dive certification it took was at huntsville @ blue lagoon february and the water was around that temp and was down for 1 hr and 15min and when i made it back up i was blue, blue , blue  :smile14:

OK,  here is the skinny....  river as of 3:00 today is just muddy and it is a normal level and flow.... as of now i will be at the river @ noon,  then a boat ride to the HORSE SHOE,  listening to the Beach Boys,  come one... come all

Hey kona I'm gonna have to pass got a lot of yard work and stuff arround the house to do so I won't be there

Anyone curious about the river on saturday,,,  the weather was perfect,  the river was perfect and coolglastron came and we had a great time,,  we were the only boats on the river ,  so we chilled at horse shoe,  and coolgrastron,  once again showed me how slow my boat was,  made a few runs down to the dam and back, but all you can say is it was a "PERFECT DAY TO BE ON THE WATER"  :smile10:

Roger an Leanne, thanks for an awesome time.  After the river, we went to the K2 steak house and, it was great!  I woke up Sunday and still felt full!  :smile23:
