I havnt convinced myself that an inch and half in the bulkhead is worth the work of cutting back out, I can always just say I added an inch in driver side for gas pedal room  think.gif

I have decided to glass it in after a lot of pondering I fear the sacrificial mounts will lead to trouble down the road, bolts coming loose, too much play in the bulkhead, so I decided to glass it in. I tremble the thought of laying carpet in the locker tho  :smile18:

I gotcha, good point. Yeah, I could see where carpeting up there could get interesting.

Regarding the other post about the bulkhead measurement. *ouch* Whether to re-do it reminds me of this...  :grin:

It's just glued in at the moment no glass yet, but PL glue isn't a joke to get off

As I am sure everyone has figured out by now if it's not perfect it gets redone to some extent.. I reset the bulkhead so it was square, now its PERFECT!  :smile30:
