Ya kind of a pain I agree, especially since you went & put all the tires on it & drug it outta the yard, lol. If he's just draggin ass cuz he's lazy & you don't want to fool with it, call & tell him you're listing it back for sale & he is shit outta luck.

SHI&, I put all new leaf spring bushings and new equalizers on it . Everything was froze since I bought it. Just wanted the boat to make a safe trip. I had all that stuff in the garage already.

well, least now its done & be ready to go for the next buyer. Surprised you ain't got it listed on PB. Of course, may be another out-of-state deal, but may have better luck than dealin with some Craigslist flake.

It goes both ways too. Found a truck up in yo neck of the woods. Called the number, no answer so I left a voicemail sayin I was interested. Emailed him too thru his CL ad. No answer to either yet, guess he don't wanna sell the truck very damn bad, lol...

I never understood the deposit thing-i say the boat aint sold until he pays in full-if the deal was he'd show on 1-15-then that $200 is yours and if he wants it-he'd pay full price.Fuggin boats on layaway! :grin: WTF???

May as well. Either way, you got $200 bux out of it whether that guy comes through or not.

Had a similar deal when I sold my first big truck. Except I had $3600 dollars of his money instead of $200.

Sure why not, whaddaya got to lose? :wink:
