Water, water everywhere.  Brother-in-law's house flooded last night.  It's not in a flood plain either.  No flood insurance...

Don't know yet.  They're still trying to get the water out of the house.  Hopefully, they'll have a better assessment this evening.

Thank You all for offering to help. We will find out more tonight what is needed. I went by there this morning and he said at the highest point it was 6 inches deep. They tried to save what they could. They had no flood insurance since it is not in a flood plain but I bet he will get it now. He is working his last days at BAE in Sealy until it shuts its doors for good at the end of this month. Its just been hard for them. I will update everyone later when we go and check on them. Thank You again!

We went and checked out the brother-in-law's house this evening.  He's absolutely exhausted but, he's just about done.  The walls are questionable right now.  There is definitely hope.  Most of their walls are wood panel.  They got the interior fairly dry using an industrial exhaust fan courtesy of CVFD.  The flooring is a total loss of course.  If anyone has an 'in' on flooring, please let me know.
