my second LOSI came with that radio,  and the Raptor has the same format radio, "Sky Tech" or something like that i guess we will see how good it is,

we lost 2 planes, almost 3 with Spektrum Eq. both of the times we lost planes, Spektrum Identified a problem with BOTH radios (6 Chanel). the one we ALMOST lost developed a Rudder control problem with on the ground during Taxi out! CLOSE!

we lost 2 planes, almost 3 with Spektrum Eq. both of the times we lost planes, Spektrum Identified a problem with BOTH radios (6 Chanel). the one we ALMOST lost developed a Rudder control problem with on the ground during Taxi out! CLOSE!

Wow I have 4 Spectrum radios and never had a problem I guess it just goes to show none are perfect  :smile29:

Yep, I am back to Futaba FM, the only trouble I ever had with those is when I Dug for Worms with the plane, usually the receiver did not live through it! Right now my Brother is having prob's with a JR that is driving us Nut'z! If we put all the on-board Eq. out on the table and hook it up it works fine, Put it in the plane and it wont even twitch! take the receiver out and put it in another plane and it works fine, Take the other receiver and put it in the first plane and it Wont even Twitch! take it all out and hook it up on the Bench and it works fine!!!????? I think the Plane is Scared to fly!! (yes, switch and all) theres one for ya to think about! I have a NIB Futaba system that we will be putting in it when I get home, If it does the same thing, the plane is going on the wall! (Cap 21)

have heard of that when some one has used reflective covering but rare  that is wierd.

We were thinkin that also but this is happening with the plane open and closed, (wings on and off) so we dont "think" the covering is the issue? The model is an ARF that was built in China, we have others from the same outfit that have no problems so we are at a loss?

Jetstar,  describe/show me where you located the remote glow adapter on your heli,  and was it 6" long or did you find one that was longer,  where i wanted to locate mine,  i would need one that is roughly 12" long.

good looking heli,  not upon what the flybarless is all about,  haven't really read up on it,  does it make the 3D easier to achieve??
