Well well well if you want my .02 I have been in Education for 31 yr. Perry is not a friend to public education, he has screwed Texas school BADLY. If you care about children stay away. However on his worse day he is better than who we have. I do not talk about political issues but I felt I had to on this. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Me !!! I'd fix everything !!! Of course there wouldn't be anywhere near as many people left in the country when I'm done ..... new national holidays would include 3 day weekends all summer long as well as at least 5 "floating" holidays .... all people in congress would have to work 365 days a year for at least 10 hours a day with no overtime and variable pay scales with no health care, no fuel allowance,and no child care and no idea when they might get shot err laid off ... Beer would be the national beverage of course ....

Perry is a politician, so therefore he cannot be trusted. We can only hope that he will return things to the way they were. But who are we kidding here? The people in Washington DC, and that is ALL OF THEM must start doing what is right for the COUNTRY first instead of for themselves. Our founding fathers put some thought and effort in making this country what it is today. The ethical values of our elected leaders is somewhere between none and non existant. They are in it to get a vote and stay in power. Not for us. The debt ceiling fiasco is just one recent example.

One thing I admire about Perry is that he's NOT a lawyer...... and as we all know, ALL lawyers suck.
Obama has put us in more debt in the three years he's been in office than Bush did during his entire 8 years in office. Additionally, Unemployment was at an all time low of 4.5% when Bush was in office.....Obama could only dream of that happening under his watch.
The obama plan hasn't worked and there will be no challenger to the Democratic seat this election.....all we can do is rally around the Republican nominee and take it from there. As I've said before, Perry is our best chance of Obama being defeated.
