After doing the mod, I cleaned it with an air gun. Paint flew off, lots and lots of corrosion. This poor motor grew up in Galveston Bay! Reminds me of your dually! :smile30:

Well I figure it's a little insurance, man I wish I had a mechanical gauge on it! Plus it helps burp the air out of the block on number 1 Cylinder. Supposedly been an issue for these poor motors! :grin:

I'm back,  from working on the road again,  had a big hole in front of the house I wanted to fill in and roll out... i'll be doing it again next week,  gonna rain this weekend and thru Tuesday  :smile20:

More progress on the whacker!
1. New seats mounted
2. New fuel lines and fuel fittings.
3. Tell tale line installed
4. New plugs
5. Trim cylinder rebuilt
6. Carbs rebuilt
7. Installed Whale tale
