We have a barge on Belton Lake for sale. Don't have the exact dimensions but it is 2 story and about 14' X 30' Located at Cedar Ridge Park in the Pier 36 Marina. This great project party house needs work but for the right person or family it will be worth it. The water depth around the barge is about 40' deep so its perfect for swimming, fishing and even overnight parties. It has lots of potential as someone could model it after their own dreams. We bought it about 5 for $6000 but the kids and grandkids moved away 3 yrs ago and we cannot keep it up.
